Hi, I’m Andrew, the creator behind CalvilloCreates! I’m a Los Angeles native, surrounded by a family of artists, which meant creativity was always part of my everyday life. From a young age, I found joy in keeping my hands busy — whether it was baking, sculpting, dancing, or exploring other forms of artistic expression, I was always creating.

My art journey began in my teens with baking, and over the past 18 years, I’ve honed my skills as a cake decorator, working in various cake jobs and bringing countless sweet creations to life. Along the way, I discovered a new way to express my creativity: painting. I fell in love with acrylics and developed a unique style featuring 3D textures, giving my pieces depth, energy, and personality.

At CalvilloCreates, I combine all my passions — from the precision and imagination of cake decorating to the bold expression of painting. While my cakes are shown here for inspiration and teaching, my original paintings, prints, and upcoming merchandise are available for purchase. I also share my knowledge through classes, helping others explore their own creative journeys.
